Born in Warsaw and raised in Goshen, Megan Bailey graduated from Concord High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University, Bloomington. After practicing for several years as an Intensive Care nurse at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Megan realized her passion for business and left the healthcare industry to assist her father with the operation of his local non-profit agency, the Crossing School of Business & Entrepreneurship. While still serving on the board of directors for the Crossing, Megan is currently employed as an Executive Assistant at Keystone RV.
Megan would like to thank the Samaritan Center and their board of directors for allowing her to be a part of this event in support of such a noble organization. Megan would also like to offer a special thank you to her family, friends and co-workers for their encouragement and support along the way. More importantly, Megan would like to thank her amazing husband Ryan and two beautiful boys Mason (10) and Maddox (7) for encouraging her and practicing at home alongside her!
Lastly, Megan would like to offer a huge thank you to everyone at That’s Dancing Studio, mainly her dance partner Jake Wilson, for their patience, time and support. While pushing her completely out of her comfort zone, Jake always found a way to make dancing fun and enjoyable and she is very excited to show off her countless hours of hard work!
